Reasons why to go Organic

One reason to go organic is that it reduces waist. it keeps pollutant out of the air, soil, and people. Buying organic promotes those three things. The way non-organic foods can effect you is the pesticides, they can affect your growth. For example you will go through puberty at about age 9-10 instead of 13-14. The pesticides they use also cause the soil to aroid faster. It causes the soil to lose minerals and nutrients. This means that food gets unhealthier and gets more antioxidant levels, and it makes more toxins in the air. These are some affects that non organic food do to us.
Some more reasons to go organic are organic food has better taste than normal food. Most organic food is local because it does not have preservatives in the food. These are the positive affects of organic food.
Did you know non-organic plants are cloned? Most non-organic veggies are the some one they fined one that tastes good and makes a copy of it basically. This means some nurturance is lost. This can also lead to defects with the food. That is what they do to food you eat! Many people think food is food but some things are not food.
These examples are great, but if i still haven’t convinced you, then let us go more in to animals. Meat is great source of protein but non-organic farms can make meat not healthy. They give the animals rapid growth hormones. This makes them grow faster so they don’t have to wait for the animals to mature. This leads to people going through puberty faster. Organic though raises us naturally so we wont get defects.

The nutrition facts of the bottom chart are five of the worst foods on the chart. There's no rhyme or reason to the order of them so one is not necessarily healthier than the other.

            By eating organic food you’re not only helping yourself but also your helping the earth. It keeps chemicals out of the air, water, soil, and us. Buying organic food promotes less toxic environments for all living things. With only .5% of crop and pasture land in organic, according to the USDA that leaves 99.5% of farm acres in the US at risk of exposure to noxious agricultural chemicals. Supporting organic agriculture doesn’t just help your family, but all the other people around you. It also reduces if not eliminate off farm pollution. Industrial agriculture doesn’t singularly pollute farmland and farm workers. It protects future generations. Before a mother first has her kid the toxic risk from pesticides has already begun. Studies show that kids are exposed to hundreds of harmful chemicals. In fact our nation is now reaping the results of four generations of exposure to agricultural and industrial chemicals. Build healthy soil. Feeding the soil with organic matter instead of ammonia and other synthetic fertilizers has proven to increase nutrients in produce with higher levels of vitamins and minerals found in organic food. It also taste better. Scientists now know what we have known all along. Organic food often tastes better. It makes sense that strawberries taste yummier when raised organically but researchers at Washington State University just proved this as fact in lab taste trials where the organic berries were consistently judged as sweeter, and new research verifies that some organic produce is often lower in nitrates and higher in antioxidants than conventional food.

Why Organic food

         Organic food is any type of food that is not chemical fertilized or the uses pesticides. In other words food that doesn’t have any chemicals used to make it grow faster or prevent any type of disease or pest. In order for organic food to actually be organic it has to have a special certification. USDA Organic is the most famous agency that gives the special certifications. Pesticides are a chemical that are used for destroying or preventing pests. Chemical fertilizers are any type of chemical that is used to increase the speed the food is growing. Organic food in the United States is the fastest growing sector of the American food industries. Eating organic food is much better for you. For a food to be organic it has to be at least 95% made out of organic food. The taste on organic food is not always different than what we call normal food. Organic food also gives you a less chance of getting cancer. It’s always good to eat vegetables and fruits. Organic food is much more expensive because the farmers take more time to make it and use only natural products. For example organic milk in order for it to be organic the cow feed has to be natural and produced without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and the milk must be milked by hand so therefore the seller sells it more expensive because they work harder to make it. Eating organic food isn’t just helping you its also helping the environment by not releasing chemicals into the air or polluting our water. Organic farmers help rural communities keep healthy and also work in harmony with nature. Organic food can help you in many ways. If you decided to use it its your choice. But if you want to get healthier eat organic food.

Why are we going organic?


So why are we going organic? Truth is that most people should consider this. Reasons to believe, it's healthier, it's less of a worry for counting the pros or cons of your diet and that it can even elongate your lifespan. 

But there is a little bit of a downside to the organic lifestyle. Sometimes it’s a little more expensive just due to the procedures and certification that has to be done in order for it to be released to the public health. If the label on the foods, or the seller has Export and Import of Organic Products, CCOF, OCIA, or licensure through National Organics Program (NOP), you’re probably in the clear for edible materials. The basics of an organic market have to be made legal by several different certifications coming from the owner of the livestock or crops. That means that milk or eggs that are being labeled as organic have to be from a hen or cow that has not been injected with hormones, pesticides, or any other enhancement activity that is considered to help the growth rate of the productivity.

When it has to come to crops such as grains, vegetables or fruits. Whatever group is growing and selling it has to become certified with the USDA for low to no pesticide treatment. There has to be a lot of control going on with the growth of a crop to keep any pests or infections that could harm a consumer. Commonly it is too expensive or too much of an energy loss to control this so it is much less common for crop growers that livestock distributers. Many grocery stores sell both organic and treated foods. The latter is a larger selection that organic but it is usually always there. Fruit has an even lower commercial organic rate because it is almost impossible to grow fruit without pesticides. All sorts of bugs, viruses, and animals can and will get to ready fruit that is there for the taking.
