These charts represent the average lunch foods chosen from a group of random students. The nutrition facts on the top one are, as labeled, the better foods that were included. The nutrition facts of the bottom chart are five of the worst foods on the chart. There's no rhyme or reason to the order of them so one is not necessarily healthier than the other.

I liked your blog a lot! The chart you have has some great information to look back at! Who knew that hot wings have 550 calories in them..JESUS!! Organic food is definitely going to be an option for a way to stay healthy.
